Definition of P84:P84 (polyimide), a high-temperature resistant synthetic fiber, can continuously operate safely at 240°C.Advantages of P84 Filter Bag:
1. P84 fiber has a multi-petal cross-section, which has a larger surface area compared to round cross-section fibers such as PPS, greatly increasing its dust capture efficiency, good air permeability, and high filtration accuracy.
2. P84 fiber has outstanding high and low-temperature resistance, flame-retardant, and electrical insulation.
3. Pure P84 fiber filter bag is not suitable for coal-fired boilers with complex flue gas working conditions and is generally mixed with other fibers, such as mixed with PPS, which can reduce the resistance of the filter media, improve the instantaneous temperature resistance of the filter media, filtering accuracy and filter bag life.
